    I have reached my form submissions limit

    I have reached full capacity of storage submission. if i delete the existing responses can i receive new responses?

    I checked your account and you have reached the 100 submission limit for your account. Your current submission count is 190. 


    Unfortunately, deleting your current submission will not decrease the submission count for your account. You will need to upgrade your account to our Paid Plan to increase your account's submission limit so you can received new submissions or wait for your submission counter to reset back to 0. Submission counter resets every first day of the month.

    I have taken a bronze monthly pack of 19$ on june 13. So what happens on july 13? Does my form capacity increase to 2000? Will 19 $ be withdrawn from my account?

    Your submissions limit will still be the same. You will be charged for the renewal of the Bronze Plan on July 13th, but your submissions limit will reset on the first day of each month at 00 EST. 

    You can cancel your subscription to stop the auto renewal and set back your account to the Free Plan. Just access our pricing page or your billing page to cancel. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account

    If I cancel the autorenewal and choose to follow the free plan from 13 july the submissions which I have already recievedwon't be deleted right?

    Yes, the most recent 500 submissions you received will not be deleted. I can see that you have a total of 469 submissions stored in your account as of the moment so they will remain intact.

    Note that if you're on a free account, you can only store a total submissions of 500 in your account. If you have surpassed the 500 limit, the older submissions will be deleted and the most recent 500 will be kept. However, you can always download your form submissions data for your local copy.
