Hotel Liselund don'r receive the email sent from the two booking forms.
The email is correct: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you help us beause it has allready cost the hotel quite a lot of bookings which they never got.
Upon checking your email address email@example.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN
the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<450 4.2.0 : Recipient address rejected: Service for hotelliselund.dk is unavailable - try again later (120)>
I have now removed your email address form our bounce list and it should be working fine now. It seems your email server was down for a while and that caused this issue. I would suggest you to test your form again and see if you receive submission email successfully.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
Unfortunately it dos'nt.
Hotel liselund don't receive the emails sent by Jotform.

I would suggest you to please check your spam folder and see if the emails ended up there. You may also like to speak to your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names to ensure the delivery of emails.
