    Hello,

    In my form I have "take photo" widget. The form is connected to a spreadsheet. The photo is sent to spreadsheet like this;

    [Photo_47b6e6c.jpg] https://s3.amazonaws.com/jotformWidgets/takePhoto/61604439231349/Photo_47b6e6c.jpg

    However, I only need the "https" part for my mapping project (the map only recognizes the links). So I have to get rid of the first part with []. How can I do this?

    In my spreadsheet I entered a new column with a split formula (which would take the photo string and split it) but then the spreadsheet stopped receiving new form submissions. I guess I can't edit a spreadsheet so I need another solution.

    Thank you very much for all the help.

    Hello,

    I had been trying the form from multiple devices. Now I realize that "take photo" widget interacts with Google spreadsheet differently when it comes to phones and computers. In spreadsheet the following results can be observed depending on the device;

    Phone Photo: Spreadsheet cell starts with https://

    Computer Photo: Spreadsheet cell starts with [Photo_759e74b.jpg]

    Is there a way to solve this issue and remove this difference among submissions?

    Hello natt1,

    It seems that that's how it delivers the information to the spreadsheet.

    I have forwarded this inquiry to the development team to see if there is something that can be done. However, I cannot guarantee that this issue can be resolved right away as they have been quite busy with matters in the pipeline. But as soon as we have updates, we'll inform you right away.

    Thanks
