Could you please tell us what is the email that you have replied back to?
That will allow us to see what happens on that side.
In regards to the PDFs, it seems that your PDFs are too complex - in such cases, the import can not be made and I would suggest creating an online form instead (which you could turn into fillable PDF later on if you prefer that).

holidayappReplied on June 13, 2016 at 4:45 PMHi Ben,
I can't make this into a usual type of webform. I did it already and it
came out to like 50 pages or something. It's still in my account, but
the client will not use it. They want the 9 page pdf.
if this pdf if too complicated, do you have any suggestions of what else
I can do to get a better delivery system going on it. I have a version
of it with a send button at the bottom, but that doesn't even send from
my computer, it only works from my phone. So I want to find a solution
for them that submits the forms to them by email or whatever. I'd
appreciate any ideas you know of.
When I tried to upload, I received one email that told me it was
uploading. then another email that told me it failed and I could reply
to that email. that email reply address was: pdf@jotform.com
Thanks!

Fillable PDF's exported from JotForm should be fillable on most devices. On Mac or PC desktop, I would recommend using Adobe Acrobat to view/fill the form. Submitting a fillable PDF should trigger the associated notification emails:
