Submissions not visible for sub-user

    I created a sub-user called nmansell

    However, although they can edit forms fine, when they go on submissions all they see is the Submission date and none of the other submission data, e.g. forename, surname etc.

     

    Could you help?

    When reviewing your account, I noticed that you are in Europe but not using our Europe DataCenter. We recommend using our data center to all our customer in Europe. Please read our blog for more details on our Europe Data center

    This is also the reason your sub-user is not able to view the submission. He currently has this enabled.

    Once you enable this, your sub-user will be able to view the submissions.
