I have only one Form that uses a lot of upload space.

After a get the upload files for the first time, I do not need to keep this anymore.

That is a way to delete thies upload files, and keep using the same form without any changes?

I see that you have a thread with similar question: https://www.jotform.com/answers/742352

Now, it does seem that you are just looking to remove the uploaded files and keep the form as it is.

To do that, you could use the Auto Delete Submissions app.

What it does is to delete the submissions as they are made. It only allows you to have your integrations run - such as Google Drive, DropBox, Box, etc.

As such your files get moved and once they are they are no longer present in your account.

You can of course delete the submissions yourself as well without the need to actually edit the form and as you delete submissions, the upload space will be released.

Ok, I have a integration with Google Sheets with this Form, when I delete a submission I lost the data at the Sheet?

I made a test integration and the answer is, no. When you delete submissions in your JotForm account, the submissions in the Google Spreadsheet will not be deleted. When you remove the integration and re-integrate it, what happens is that it creates another spreadsheet but that one has the updated list of submissions you have in your JotForm account, meaning that the deleted submissions won't show up on the new spreadsheet.

However, it would be best to download your submission data just to make sure that you have a backup of your submissions. Here are some guides to help you on how to download your submission data.

    I hope that helps.
