I have a form with a date field on it (image attached). I have selected a date format of mmddyyyy with a separator of /. The form looks good and works well, the problem is with the date format in submitted data. If the form responses are encrypted, when decrypted the date format is ddmmyyyy with a separator of - (also in attached image). If I turn off encryption, submit a response and view it, my selected date format and separator are displayed when viewing the submission (also in attached image).
Is there a way to get looks submissions to honor my selected date format and separator?
Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just created a small encrypted form and tested the date field. As you indicated, when open the submission page. The date is not in the correct format that was selected when creating the form. It is always displayed in the format dd-mm-yyyy.
When the form is not encrypted the date in the submission is displayed with the format selected.
I have created a ticket for our back end team, so they can review it and fix the problem.
Glad to inform that this has just been fixed by our team. When opening the submission page you should see the dates in the format that was selected when creating the form.
