I found this hard to believe, that our forms were viewed 1000 times.

    We recently updated our plan, a few days later we got the following message

    I found this hard to believe, that we have viewed these forms 1000 times

    Please get back to us.

    "We noticed you have exceeded the number of form views for your account. STORAGE accounts are given 1,000 form views per month.

    Please upgrade your account within the next business day or your forms will be disabled."

    Hello achdeklerk,

    I did check your account and found that you upgraded to storage monthly plan. Please be noted that storage plan only allows you to retain the submission records in your account but does not increase any submission / form views limit. 

    Please be noted that every time your form or the webpage URL where you have embedded your form is loaded in browser, it is considered as a valid form view. You have several forms in your account and I did check last two edited form's "Form Analytics". Here are the form view counts:

    BLOW Crowdfunding - 188 Views

    Vakantiedeal - 772 Views


    #1. I would suggest you to upgrade your account to any desired plan which will give you higher form view limit. You may like to take a look our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits:  http://www.jotform.com/pricing  

    #2. We can double the current form view limits of your account. You can have a total of 2,000 monthly form views on your account.

    #3. We can completely remove the form view limits, but you will have to agree to add footer with the JotForm's logo on all of your forms. Showing the JotForm logo is completely optional and you can any time enable/disable it form your account setting page. Please check the screenshot below:

    I just upgraded my plan to bronze,
    could you make ensure that the forms
    are not disabled right away?

    I did check your account and you have successfully upgraded it to bronze monthly subscription plan. Your account is in good shape currently and your forms will not downgrade anymore.
