Hide Empty fields on emails not listed in new Preferences?Asked by agenciaspin on June 13, 2016 at 11:33 AMNote: I read this: https://www.jotform.com/answers/855917-Where-can-I-find-the-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Emails-option-in-the-new-Preferences-wizard#1 but still not working
The option "Hide Empty fields on Emails" is not available in the new "Preferences" wizard. BUT it is by default enabled in your forms. Meaning the email template will NOT show empty fields. However, if you EDIT your email template, like you added some text on the data table, then the "Hide Empty Fields" will no longer work. It only works on default email templates.
You need to access the old preferences setting by adding &old on your link. Or by logging in to https://www.jotform.com/?&old. You can learn more about this option in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts.
I hope that helps.
