I received a message saying we're out of Submissions Storage

According to your chart, you can have up to 500 total submissions. We are nowhere near that number. Can you please clarify?

Were there submissions previously deleted? I went ahead and re-calculated your current submissions storage count, and it is now 469 out of 500.
