Can you please tell us your username or the URL of one of your forms. We will be glad to indicate how to cancel your account.

If you have a paid account, you can just cancel your plan and so you no longer get billed. Your account will also be downgraded to a free plan.

If you have a free plan and no not wish to keep this account with us, do let us know so we can delete your account from our database.
