Email Notifications

    I recently had a contact form in use on a client's site and was told that one of the users in the notification list never received a single email from the form.  

    All the submissions were there in the system - but the client tells me that they never received anything. 

    I was also on the list and received each one - so no problem there. 

    It concerns me that there's a chance a client won't receive notifications and there's no way for me to know if an email has failed. 

    I realize there are a myriad of possibilities here including SPAM filters - but I wish there were a way to be notified if a notification email gets bounced.  For many clients - these notifications are critical to business.  

    I have since taken this form down and replaced it with a hand-coded form to be sure everything goes through - the jot form is at

    For your notification problem, can you please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to and then do a test? If this doesn't work please do let us know.

    Please also ask your ISP/Web host to  whitelist these Ips ;
