Clicking on Next button not displaying the top of the form

There are six individual forms in here for a group of 6 people to register. To get to the next form, we click 'yes' to  "Add a New Registrant", then click "next" button.

Our problem is the bottom of a blank form (Registration Totals, "Add a New Registrant", back/next buttons) shows up after clicking the next botton, not the top where we have names, address.... We have to scroll up to the top to start the form.

We wonder if you could help us fix it so the top part of a blank form appears after clicking "next" button.

I have checked your JotForm and see that the next page is displaying the top portion of the form when the Next button is clicked. 

Is the form embedded on any of your web page and experiencing the issue? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
