Not getting emails from jot forms

    Our company is only recieving some of the emails from submitted jot forms. I have checked our email and spam servers and we are not blocking them in any way so it appears to be something on your end.  Is there an issue with your company right now? I just submitted a test email from this url and it shows on our jot form interface but the email alerting us of it did not send out.

    I took a look at the form on that page: and I see that there was a test email sent from the same. It is good to point out however that test emails go to the email associated with the account - never to the emails set up in the email template being tested (unless they are the same).

    Checking out the email used on your form, it seems that that specific email was failing until today when it was removed from bounce list.

    As such please do let us know if it happens again by any chance and we will look into it.
