My form is showing it is disabled

    WHenever i open a form link it is showing it is disabled.

    It looks like your account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities.

    I have checked your JotForm in the account and seems to be normal and clean and so I have activated your account. You should be now able to able to login to your account and view the form normally. 

    Please be noted that it is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on Phishing forms. Please do not add such fields to your JotForm to avoid any further suspensions on your account.
