How do I get the form to work properly.

When people are submitting the form I get a message that says "This form is currently unavailable". I have a big camp coming up next month and need students to be able to register.

I noticed that your form is disabled. To enable the form so your users can submit information, enter the preference setting

Under the general tab change the status to ENABLE
