    Paypal in the my auto-responder

    Hi the paypal in my auto-responder does not show well when there is accents example é.

    Can you please provide us ID of the form that is causing this issue? Also if possible provide us email address to which mentioned autoresponder was sent with wrong characters. 

    I have checked our email log with email address from screenshot you provided, but all all recent submissions are blank.

    This is the name of the form : Clone of Carte cadeau | Au Premier Coiffure Spa

    We made some tests on julie@web-essence.com (gmail) 

    I also have the same probleme with a other form but this time its in my notification (the title and not the paypal) 

    The name of this form is 2 Pierrots - CONTRAT MUSICIEN we also made some tests on julie@web-essence.com here is the screen shot

    I just notice that when I am to edit the notification and send myself a test at julie@web-essence.com the accents in the titles (text on the left) appears fine it really is when I fill the form that I have a probleme.

    I have just tested your form and was not able to replicate the issue. When I received the notification there was not any strange characters you indicated.

    Can you please indicate what application you are using? It seems you just require to configure your email application so it will display properly the notification. I would also recommend you contact your IT team so they can view the encoding it is using.

    Ok I will repeat myself 

    1. For the first form : Clone of Carte cadeau | Au Premier Coiffure Spa I have a probleme with the auto-responder ( named Carte cadeau). My probleme here is the accents in the paypal field (see first screenshot) https://aupremier.com/index.php?cID=330 - My Notfication (your screen shot) is good and I know that

     

    2. For the seconde form : 2 Pierrots - CONTRAT MUSICIEN I have a probleme with my Notfication (named Notification 1) the accent in the text to the left is not displaying right! (Seen the seconde screenshot) https://2pierrots.com/index.php?cID=382

     

    3. We are using Google and I have MANY form and its the first time I see this.

    We do apologize about any confusion that has occurred during our investigation of your issue.

    It seems to me that you mean there are symbols (aka accents as you call them) appearing in the paypal field on your received form notification.

    Please allow us some time to investigate this problem deeper to figure out the cause and as soon as we know something more we'll update you again.
