Send the PDF submissions file to WhatsApp

Na página de obrigado, tem com inseri um link compartilhar? (Assim o usuário poderá compartilhar o pedido por WhatsApp)

To my understanding, you would like to add a link to the Thank-You page message.

Here's how you can do that (Please see screenshot below).

Não é apenas um simples link... (talvez deve ser chamado de "botão compartilhar")

Eu desejo um link que compartilhasse o PDF resposta.

Por exemplo: Quando o usuário estivesse utilizando o celular, após ele enviar o formulário aparecerá um link ou botão compartilhar onde abrirá várias opções de aplicativos como WhatsApp, e-mail etc. para compartilhar o arquivo PDF

Resumindo: Desejo um link que compartilhe o arquivo PDF diretamente para o aplicativo WhatsApp

To my understanding, you would like the link to download the PDF copy of the submission to be shared via Whatsapp. To do that, you want a link that will be on the Thank-You page that when clicked it will open Whatsapp application on mobile phones. Then, submitters will be able to choose the contact to whom they will share the link to download the PDF copy of the submission, is that correct?

Here's how you can do that: 

Add the link below to your Thank-You page using the same instruction I have given above.

whatsapp://send?text=https://submit.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF%26sid={id}%26formID=61726308702958

Change the "Text to display" value to "Share via Whatsapp" or any value that you would like to show as a link.

On the link I have given above, you will need to update the formID. 

whatsapp://send?text=https://submit.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF%26sid={id}%26formID=61726308702958

Its value should depend on your form's formID.

I would suggest you try to fill up this sample form I have created with your mobile phone that has a Whatsapp application. Click the "Share via Whatsapp" link on the Thank-You page and it should open your Whatsapp application. It will let you choose a contact to which you will send the link to download the PDF copy of the submission.

Mas seria possível que o contato do WhatsApp recebesse o arquivo já salvo em formato PDF dentro do WhatsApp? (Visto que o WhatsApp já aceita arquivos em formato PDF)

Ou seja os usuários do meu formulário poderia compartilhar o arquivo PDF já pronto ao invés de um link. Assim o arquivo PDF já ficaria salvo em uma pasta do WhatsApp ao invés de salvar na pasta de Downloads do celular.

Sorry Bruno but I don't think that's possible. You can download provide a download URL of the PDF on your thankyou page. The user has to download the PDF file before they could share it anywhere else.

Perhaps creating an autoresponder would help and enable PDF Attachment? This will send the submissions PDF as an attachment instead of a download URL.

Furthermore, if you like, you can integrate your form to Dropbox, Box or Google Drive where an actual submissions PDF file will be sent to these apps. Also, if you or your users would like to edit those PDFs, you can check our How to edit a PDF guide for more detailed information.
