As per your request, we have cancelled the Storage plan and processed the refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
Your account is now set to the Free subscription from Storage plan. You may now upgrade your account again to Bronze.

I have checked your account now and see that it is still holding Free subscription at the moment. Could you check if the payment went through and if you provide us with the reference number received on your email so that we can check it at our end as well.
