We are a foster care facility for children. Our staff members need to submit Incident Reports to us all the time. Due to the content and other factors, our staff members submit these reports without editing them for spell check and grammar. As their administration manager, I find myself frequently doing spell check and grammar check, spending endless hours correcting their reports, taking away from my other responsibilities. So I wanted to add spell check and grammar check on our online Incident Reports.2. How do I add these reports to our website for our staff members to use? is this something you can help me with?3. How do I use a template of an existing form I created on Microsoft Word and transfer it on JotForm?
Or can I add it onto the website directly?

We do not have any spell check or grammar check implemented at JotForm. However, built-in browser spell check should work on our forms.
I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and forwarded it to our developers to see if some kind of spell and grammar check options can be implemented at some point. There is no ETA, but we will let you know if we have any updates.
Other questions have been moved into separate threads, so that we will be able to address them properly. We will get back to you quickly.

A more integrated spell / grammar check add-on facility would be great.
Please count my vote.
