Can the thank you page be emailed as well?

Currently, after the user completes the survey, she receives an auto-response that provides a score for the survey that's been taken. In addition to the thank you page displaying after submission, can it be emailed as well.

The thank you page cannot be emailed, but you can recreate what is seen on the Thank You page into the body of the autoresponder that the user will receive.

I checked the autoresponder of your form and it appears that you were able to setup and display the score in the form's autoresponder. The user should now be able to see their score on the Thank You page as well as the email they will receive.
