Excel report is not displaying all questions.

The last submission (June 13) contained 6 registrants. Since these 6 registrations were grouped together and submitted together, Only the first person showed up on the Excel report. I do need the other 5 on the spreadsheet too. What shall I do? The purpose for this group registration is for each family to send in one check. Please help. I spent a lot of time setting up these 6 forms with lots of conditional logic; I hate to just delete 5. Help!

    Hello sisters7,

I did check the "Excel Report" you have added and found that only few columns are selected. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to edit your excel report (as displayed in screenshot above) and then click on "Uncheck ALL and then Check ALL" button. This will ensure that all questions are displayed in excel report.

Alternatively, you can also add a new excel report and ensure all checkboxes are checked.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

I checked the submission you were referring to and the excel file you have linked. It seems that all the 6 people who submitted can be seen on the excel file.

Please note that since all of these are in one form submission, they will all be displayed in a single row on the excel file. Unfortunately we cannot put some code to separate these 6 submissions into new rows.

A possible workaround I could suggest would be to transpose the data into new rows on excel, however, you will need to do this whenever you receive multiple submissions on your form.
