I set up a feedback form for our customers. The answers are sent to 3 email adresses (mine and to other collegues). One of them, has an autoresponder (set up from the provider server) and everytime somebody fills out the form, I receive the answers and the autoresponder from my collegues email. I can't figure out what's happening. Need help!
Probably the autoresponder simply replies back to all of the receivers in the submission mail.
Thats why you get the auto response email. Unfortunately we can not help to fix the issue.
May be it can be configured form the email provider you use.

With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Receptie - Folii Auto" but did not find any issue with that. You have only one email alert which is sending submission emails to three email addresses. There is no form auto-responder added in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
That means the auto-responder email configured in your colleague's email profile. Can you please check with your email service provider or in the control panel of your domain/email service and see if any email forwarding is added there. @ashwin_d: That's the form causing me problems. This is the autoresponse I receive everytime.
I receive the same message if I simply send an email to this address.
@kutlu: The autoresponder is triggered only when you send an email to email@example.com email address. It shouldn't send replies back to all of the receivers Can I block receiving replies to form? maybe that will help.

I checked your form (http://www.jotformpro.com/form/61542398269971) and currently it has an email notification setup being sent to 3 recipients: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Based on the screenshot you provided, it seems that the email email@example.com is configured in your colleague's email profile. You may want to coordinate with the owner of the email firstname.lastname@example.org or check with your email service provider or in the control panel of your domain/email service and see if any email forwarding is added there.
