Problem with mobile form

I have a problem with the attached form. 

When I try to see it mobile it doesn't manage into the right way the visualisation (see screenshot attached).

It cut the last part of the phrase.

Hello Luca,

I have just tried your form on different mobile devices and it adjusts the word to the next line if it does not fit on the screen, automatically. Here is a sample screen shot on Galaxy S5:

If it does not happen on your view, can you please provide us information on what kind of device you're trying to view your form?

Hi There, I think now is working since I put the “Mobile responsive widget” into the form.
The device I used is a Nexus 6.
