hi there - I receive my email notifications but suddenly the iOs notifications from the app have stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it has made no difference. In the notifications setting on the iphone, all the jotform notifications are turned on. Can you help?

Do you mean you have an iOS app of JotForm in your phone and you don't receive the notifications now? Are you able to receive notifications from the other apps on your iPhone. You might have disabled a setting in your phone that caused them to stop. I am not sure what version of iOS you currently use but you might need to check you Notifications Center if JotForm is included and enabled there. yes that is correct. The paypal notification which comes in after a payment is made via a jotform works - but nothing from jotform. I have checked the notifications centre and everything is turned on

Thank you very much for taking the time to report this issue to us about the app notifications not coming through.
Upon further testing we found we were able to replicate the problem with the app notifications not arriving when a new submission is received on our end as well.
Our iOS Dev did some digging and found we had an outdated key on our end that needs updated by our main site developers which is used to let our servers communicate to apple and relay it to our mobile app.
So because of this issue that was the reason why your notifications have stopped arriving and we do sincerely apologize about this huge inconvenience to you.
I've also opened up this thread as a bug report for our mobile app and a reminder so that I can update you again as soon as we've resolved this problem.

We've fixed this problem as of early this morning.
I tested it on my end and am able to receive the app notifications so it should be working again.
Please try it again on your end and if its still a problem just let us know.
