    I received an alert that stated that I will need to upgrade our account or delete submissions due to exceeding the submissions amount for our current plan. I went through and deleted a large majority of the forms and the submissions to ensure that we have enough space to store future forms and submissions. Even though I have moved these to the trash and permanently deleted them, I am still receiving the prompt that I need to upgrade my account. Will this update the next time I log onto the account? Please let me know what I should expect moving forward.

    Hello AAOSPM,

    I checked your account and you have almost half of your submission storage free. So, it should not be a problem for some time and you will not see any prompt in your next login.

    In addition to my colleague, for free users, you can store up to 500 total submissions in your account. Please check our pricing page to find out more about the limits on a free and paid plans.
