If I have a text file with pregenerated passcodes, can I have jotform pull one set of data from a row and send it to the customers?

I've got a product that requires a unique activation id and password.  I have a generated text file that has all of them in rows with columns seperated by a comma.  I want to use your services for the product but I need to know if JotForm form builder allows me to pull from it and send a unique set to each customer once the online purchase has been placed.

No, JotForm cannot do that. You should redirect user to a PHP script on your web site using "Thank You URL" feature. Then you can generate and provide the passcodes on this page.
