New User Name

Good morning, can you please change the username on my jotform account? I started it for a client who isn't using it. INstead of Rkburroughs can you please make it tammykjohnson? Thanks!

Please note the following: 

-Custom URLs names (ie: http://www.jotform.com/rkburroughs/myform ) will not work now that we have changed the account username(so if you have any, you need to create new ones). 

-However, direct form links like http://www.jotform.us/form/61654316876161 will be fine.
