Yes, there is an temporary glitch, which has been reported to our second level already. I just tested one of your forms(http://www.jotform.us/form/61034317303139) and it works great except in IE11 browser:

The issue has been fixed by our developers. Your form should work properly in Internet Explorer 11 and other browsers.
