My form has stopped working for some and not others

It lets me test it and send but it does not allow others to get the drop down options when they chose A, etc.

There were issues on conditions and other js functions recently when the form is viewed on IE browser. All other browsers are fine.

However, this issue has been fixed recently so it should work now on any browsers as usual. I also tested your form here and the conditions are working.
