Problems completing survey using safari (osx and iOS)

    Participants are unable to complete survey using safari on OSX or iPhone... the next button doesn't work. Multiple devices. It worked in Chrome.

    I checked your form on OSX and a few different versions of IOS, the next button worked on all that I tried.  Is the form embedded to a webpage by any change?  If so, I would recommend replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    That should allow for Apple users to be able to use the form without issue.
