I can't seem to get a phone number to show up once it is inputed within the form. I have tested it and each time I fill out a form I include a phone number but it is not received on the email end with the rest of the information.

Hello Cheryl,
It is because the phone number field tag is also missing on your email template. That's the reason why.
Please recreate your email notification. Delete the existing notification and create a new one. That should fix it.
