Once adding an "add" button to the configurable list widget, how do you format the options that appear so that the original titles reappear?

We want the option that comes up after clicking the "Add" button to have the same bolded titles as the original question. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display the titles for each row in the configurable list. However, you may configure the field to display the Hint text for each textbox field. Please refer to the guide below that can help you to work with the Configurable list.

Let me see if I can inject some custom CSS to the widget to make the users easy to identify the field titles. Please be noted that we can work on custom codes when we have free time only. I'll get back to you once I get some useful information for you in this regard.
