Already paid for monthly but the my account still free

    Dear, i'am already paid the bill for monthly subscriptions but in jotform i still as a free user. Please help

    I check your account and you're already activate to Premium account. Kindly, logout to your JotForm Account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
