I have the form ID, but can't remember my username. Dunno if I ever signed up...

I need to edit this same form, but it says "Form over quota" even though we didn't even receive 100 submissions.

I just need to take a look at the form again to see if we need to make any improvements, but now I can't even access it, and I don't even remember if I signed up at the time or if it was created under a guest account.

Could you please let me know what's going on here?

Your form is hosted in a guest account. Guest account relies on your browsers cache, so whatever happens to it, you form may purge.

Please register a free account, and if the form is not carried over, let us know what your username is, so we can manually transfer the forms:
