When we go to submit a form from our POS Ticketing form , i have set as recipient our project email address.
The email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
I also have my email (email@example.com) in as a recipient and those emails come through just fine.
Is there some reason the project email might not be triggering?

Please check your spam folder for that recipient. Also, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender:
