I am getting this error message on the inventory widget:
The widgets have been working fine today.
I have just upgraded my account to increase my API limit as I hit it - I don't know if this could be related?

I cloned your form to test it and I was able to reproduce the issue. After clicking on each inventory widget, opening the menu and clicking on "Update Widget", I was able to get all the widgets working once again.
To save you the trouble of doing so, you can clone my working copy of the form:
