http://www.kittrellsdaydream.com/ContactUs.html has stopped sending email to the first contact on the list of 2. Can you check the logs and see what you can find out?

You are using a Gmail address in the form and another custom email. Checking our logs, the form emails are successfully sent to these email addresses. You may consider checking your spam folder for the emails and make sure to whitelist both noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com.
