This is the second time I am making this request and will have to find an alternative web form service if there is no reply given the problem.

After forms are submitted that have been generated with Jotform, we receive the following notification from PayPal.

    "Hello Billy Vaughn ,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    http://dtui.us9.list-manage1.com/subscribe/paypal-ipn?u=9b533206ab2971d01792fd15b&id=d1053b9867

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Thanks,

    PayPal"

    Please advise.

Seems like this is a set up you have in your PayPal account, indeed the link given is failing and we recommend to enable IPN on your PayPal account; however, this link does not seem to be related to JotForm and if you do not have a custom IPN URL I would suggest you to use the default one, on these links you will find more info about incomplete payments, please try to verify your IPN settings and let us know if the issue persists after following this:
