Form is not submitted to our email address.

    Hi,

     

    Is there a system error in your program? We have been filling up forms and the accomplished forms are not submitted to our email address. I have applied 5 email addresses in the Email Notifier and used to be working perfectly. Now we cannot seem to find what the error is.

     

    I have tried sending in a Test Email and it goes through. But when I tried filling up the form, it did not send a copy in the email.

    I checked the email logs and it does seem like no email notification was sent to your address from the form https://secure.jotform.me/form/50222935820449. However, submissions from other forms were sent successfully.

    I checked the form and I noticed that you have multiple recipients for the notification. Can you please instead try creating separate notifications for each of the email recipients? That way we can see if all the notifications will send properly or if one of the notifications fail to send to a specific address.
