I have got a few fields which as a default value however it is not appearing onto the pdf form submission. How can I enable it to appear onto the form submission results.
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have few field in form which has default value which is not appearing in the submission PDF.
I did check your form and found that you have 3 date field with default value. I did check your form's submission page and it does display the default value correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Please accept my apology. I was able to understand the issue when I downloaded the submission PDF file. It does not display the default value along with other fields. Please check the screenshot below:
It seems you have customized the PDF template. I would suggest you to please reset the PDF template and that should solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below on how to reset PDF template:
