Just tried one of our forms, no emails are coming through. Have tried the "test email" and that doesn't work either

Your email was in the bounce list. This happens when the email is rejected by the email providers for some time. I have removed it form the bounce list.
The reason was "Access denied, banned sending IP". So I recommend you to contact the mail provider admin to make sure this does not happen again.

I still don't appear to be receiving emails, from what you have said above I was under the impression I should be?

Hello agaalastair,
It was caused by your mail server which was rejecting emails sent by JotForm. This means that your mail service provider banned JotForm's IP. This is the reason why kutlu recommended that you contact your mail service provider in order fully address this concern and have the IP address unbanned and further, whitelisted.
You may also refer to the list of IP addresses and domain names used by JotForm's mail servers on sending emails, so for your mail service provider to safelist/whitelist on this link:
