Hi there,
1. I am really unable to change the Title of my form, which is displayed in the browser tab.
I checked all 3 different ways to chagne the tite but it still shows the old name "V2 Konfigurator..." but it has to be "FeNau Gitterrost-Konfigurator"
2. Could you please help us change the username from "Massier" to "FeNau"Many many thanks in advance.

You can change the HTML title of your form from the Advanced Preferences of your form. When editing your form, first click on the Preferences button:
Once there, switch to the Advanced tab, Show More, and change the Page Title to your liking:
When it comes to changing your username, since it is a different issue, it has been moved to a support thread of its own:

We will be assisting you with the username change there, shortly. Thank you.

Hi,
appreciate your answer.
I know how to change the title - and I did it many times.
But please compare the actual title with the title appearing in the browser tab. They differ :(
thanks.

The above instructions are for changing the HTML title, which is the title that shows in the tab of your browser. HTML title is different from the form's title.
I have checked your form directly, and I see that its HTML title is showing as "V2 Konfigurator":
It matches what has been set as your form's Page Title, also known as HTML title:
If you want to change it from "V2 Konfigurator" into something else, please follow the instructions posted above. Upon making the change, please click on the green Save Changes button to close the Preferences, and then again click on the main Save button in order to save the changes to your form.
If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you.
