    Hi there,

Can you please try to change your form's Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com and see if this solves the issue?

If the problem still persist after that, please white list the following IP address on your mail provider side:

    174.34.57.214

    174.34.57.216

    174.34.57.218

    174.34.57.219

    208.117.50.251

Hope this helps. If you need any further assistance, please message us here. Thank you and have a great day!

    Hello,

Now I know that the problem is with Gmail. I tryed to send the test email to another email account like @yahoo.it and it works.

What should I do to fix this problem with my Gmail account? Do you know when to put IP address on whitelist on my Gmail online?

Thank you very much for the help.

    I have checked your form : 20554290112341

Please try changer the Sender Email of both your Notfication and Autoresponder email to noreply@jotform.com

Every email provider uses different algorithms to identify what it deems is spam and I dont believe you can whitelist mail server Ip addresses in gmail. (unless you have a business installation of GoogleApps )

Can you also try checking your spam folder and search for the notifications there?  Once you found them please remove them from the spam list so that it will teach your account's spam filter to trust emails coming from JotForm.  You can also try adding noreply@jotform.com to your address book of your email account to have the address to the contact (trusted) list.
