    Submission edits made through API are not showing on JotForm submissions page

    Dear JotForm,

    I'm updating some form fields via python API. This appears to be successful since, when I get all the form submissions always through api, I can see the modified fields.

    However, this doesn't show up in JotForm website, where the original values still appear. I can't understand this incongruence...

    Sorry about the issue, Mikel. Could you please provide a bit more information or examples of where you are seeing this?

    From what I understand, you have made changes to your form by using our API, and your subsequent API calls are correctly reflecting the changes, but the changes are not showing up on JotForm GUI.

    Could you please let us know what kind of change did you make? Was it changing the question (field label), editing a form property, or something else?

    I see that you are from EU zone, can you please make sure you are using our EU site for making your API calls:

    https://eu-api.jotform.com/

    instead of:

    https://api.jotform.com/

    If you let us know a little more about the change you are making which was correctly applied through API, but is not being reflected in our GUI, we will be happy to check it out and forward to our developers if necessary. Example API calls you have made would be helpful, through you can mask out your actual API key when posting them.

    Dear Support,

    thank you for your answer.

    I'm currently using the python library and modifying a control_textbox field

    u'44': {u'answer': u'OLD_TEXT', u'text': u' Status 2015/2016', u'type': u'control_textbox'},

    through

    jotformAPIClient.edit_submission(id,{'44':'NEW_TEXT'})

    where '44' is the question id. Then, if I call the submission through

    jotformAPIClient.get_submission(id)

    I can see 'NEW_TEXT' correctly appearing in field '44', while if I check it on JotForm GUI, it's not updated.

    I'm using an API key obtained from my account with full access.

    Update: now it has become totally impossible to edit the submissions through python api. Even retrieving the submission via api doesn't show the updated field anymore.
