    We can usually change the username for you, but please note that username FeNau is already registered. Additionally, please be noted that any Custom URLs you are using with your current username would stop working when your username is changed:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

    For example, this form URL uses your current username:

    https://eu.jotform.com/Massier/fenau

    If we changed your username from "Massier" to "NewUsername", the correct link to access this form would instead become:

    https://eu.jotform.com/NewUsername/fenau

    This means you would have to re-embed any forms that are using the Custom URL. If you still want us to change your username, please let us know what would be your preferred new username, and we will be happy to change it if your desired username is still available.

    You can also check the availability of new usernames by simply entering the username on our signup page, without creating an account:

    https://www.jotform.com/signup

    aah right,

    I registered the account "FeNau" today. 

    Can I delete it to make the username available again?

    Deleting "FeNau" account would not make that username available again, since our system allows for any username to be used only once - even if the account is deleted, that username is no longer available.

    However, we can move/transfer your forms and submissions from your old account, "Massier", into your new account, "FeNau". Moving the forms would have a similar effect to changing the username, which means that custom URLs would be using "FeNau" instead of "Massier":

    https://eu.jotform.com/FeNau/fenau

    Does small spelling make adifference "fenau"

    If not:
    Then please change the Massier account to "fenau.eu"

    We have switched the account names.

    1) 'Massier' account has been changed to 'FeNau'.

    2) Old 'FeNau' account has been changed to 'Massier'.
