Subuser has upgraded but it hasn't upgraded the main account?

    Hi,

Myself and my subuser have created forms.

Mike (subuser) logged in the other day and has paid to upgrade the account, however it hasn't upgraded the main account and is still showing that it's the free account type. Please can you change this so that the account for both myself and the subuser shows that it's a paid account?

    Thanks,

    Emma

    Hi Emma,

Sub users are simply separate accounts. It can have its own forms and can upgrade on a specific plan just like a regular user. Subscription plans cannot be shared by two accounts, it only applies on one account.

The sub user feature simply allows you to share your form's accessibility and submission data to another JotForm account, but you cannot share subscription plans. To learn more about sharing forms on sub users, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-share-forms-with-a-sub-account-user

This goes the same with the forms, the forms limitations depends on where it is currently stored or on the main account. If it is shared on a sub user, the account limitations on that sub user will not affect a form shared to him/her.

    I hope that helps.
