    We are not receiving any JotForms

    Our issue has not been resovled. We haven't received anything since Sunday. Chris.driskill@crengland.com hasn't received anything for 1 1/2 weeks.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just reviewed your email history and I did not notice any failed emails except for Chris'.

    Can you please verify that this emails are not in your spam or junk folder. If you are still having problems, can you please indicate which emails are having problems.

    We will be glad to take another look.

    Still having issues. I even tried forwarding the submissions to tori.richins@crengland.com and brock.lamoeeaux@crengland.com and they never got them. This is getting old. I've checked your bounce list and the users weren't on it. 

    I am getting the forms after I removed my name and then put it back on yesterday. heidi.olsen@crengland.com. Does not make any sense and is causing us really bad issues. These forms are very important to us.

    I see that the email addresses tori.richins@crengland.com and brock.lamoeeaux@crengland.com are in our bounce list and so you are not receiving emails to these addresses. I have removed it from the bounce list and you should be now able to receive emails without any issue. 

    It looks like the email service provider is blocking the emails from JotForm. Please whitelist JotForm email address/IP address in your email service to avoid such issues.
