Hello, I am trying to make an application form for my organization, but I am having trouble inputting text to the sub-text box with proper spacing. Instead of writing:

    Eligibility requirements:
    1.) Etc
    2.) Etc
    3.) Etc

    The system is putting:

Eligibility Requirements: 1.) Etc 2.) Etc  3.) Etc

Is there any way to fix this? Or is there a setting that I may change this in?
    Thank you for your time.

I'm not fully understanding your question. I have just reviewed your form 61655023533147. Can you please indicate exactly what text you would like to add in the sub text box.

We will be glad to help.

    Right now, the subtext reads:
Please fill out this form completely to submit your application to attend the Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) hosted by the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) in Atlanta, Georgia. Eligibility Requirements: 1.) Essay with a maximum of 700 words (see essay prompt below) 2.) Fundraising Effort ($25.00)  3.) Attendance of 3 GBs and active participation with Charles Drew Please email bingcharlesdrew@gmail.com if you have any questions and good luck!

And I am trying to make it:

Please fill out this form completely to submit your application to attend the Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) hosted by the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) in Atlanta, Georgia.
    Eligibility Requirements:
1.) Essay with a maximum of 700 words (see essay prompt below)
    2.) Fundraising Effort ($25.00)
3.) Attendance of 3 GBs and active participation with Charles Drew

Please email bingcharlesdrew@gmail.com if you have any questions and good luck!

With the proper spacing. How would I do this?

Thank you for your clarification. In the text you can add HTML tags to go to next line (<br>).

Your text should look something like:

Please fill out this form completely to submit your application to attend the Annual Medical Education Conference (AMEC) hosted by the Student National Medical Association (SNMA) in Atlanta, Georgia.  Eligibility Requirements:<br>1.) Essay with a maximum of 700 words (see essay prompt below) <br>2.) Fundraising Effort ($25.00)  <br>3.) Attendance of 3 GBs and active participation with Charles Drew   Please email bingcharlesdrew@gmail.com if you have any questions and good luck!
