I have had customers use my contact form on my website, but those submissions aren't making it to my email (I'm not being notified that someone submitted a form). I just went in to my JotForm account and everything seems to be still in order. Can you please help me find the problem?

Your recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
I has now been white-listed, this should solve the problem.
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender:

· amazonses.com
· jotform.co
· secure.jotform.co
· s3.amazonaws.com
· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com
